PDP Flooring warranties exclude all installations which have been put to commercial use, abnormal use or conditions, or abused in any way. “Commercial use” includes, but is not limited to, use in a store, office, other place of business, apartment, or rental property. “Abnormal use or conditions” includes, but is not limited to, water damage from plumbing, storm or flood, damage from improper cleaning methods or materials, improper maintenance, excessive cleaning or shampooing, damage from pets or pet urine, negligence, or improper alterations of the flooring materials. “Abuse” is any use of the flooring products that is unreasonable considering the normal and expected uses of the flooring materials in a residence.

This warranty further excludes any product that is designated as seconds, cabin, irregular, bargain, or non-standard materials.

No warranty applies to any installation that was improperly installed when such violations were noted before the installation was started or finished.

This writing is the complete and exclusive writing of the warranty, and is in lieu of all other express and/or statutory warranties. PDP Flooring assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages. However some states do not allow for this exclusion, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

The sole remedy provided herein is the repair or replacement of the affected area. These options are at the sole discretion of PDP Flooring Inc.

PDP Flooring reserves the right to alter or withdraw this warranty in full or part at any time. Any alteration or repair not performed by PDP Flooring voids this warranty in its entirety.
