To process a claim please contact the branch office responsible for the installation. In order to process a claim please have the following information available: · Name· Address · City, state and zip · Phone (home and work) · Product installed · Date of installation · Retailer name and location · Detailed explanation of concern · Area of home or room involved To process your claim please call into or fax this information to the branch responsible for your install. You will be contacted to set up an appointment to inspect your floor. Most problems can and will be taken care of at the time of the inspection. If this is not the case no decisions will be made until the PDP Flooring Inspection Report has been processed. It is at that time you will be contacted to schedule the repair. If PDP Flooring has determined that a replacement is needed then a scheduled install time will not be set until the material has arrived into the warehouse. If a replacement is necessary and the identical item, with no regard to dye lots, is not available then you will be instructed to visit your retailer to chose replacement material. PDP Flooring will need the manufacturer, style and color names to order the material. Remember only the affected area will be replaced. Unaffected areas will not be replaced. The new material must be of comparable value, quality, color, and style. If the customer chooses to upgrade their material they will be responsible for any additional cost involved. |
