| ABOVE AND BEYOND THE COMPETITION One key way that we ensure that we remain a leader in our business is by having the most comprehensive installation training facility in the industry. We have a fully staffed installation education department, with three state-of- the-art classrooms. In addition, we conduct biweekly training sessions; weekly training updates; and monthly training sessions in our on-site replica of a three bedroom home. But it doesn't stop there - our installers also attend time management and customer communication classes. From initial order to follow-up, we've got everything covered. |
